When will my order ship?
Orders are packaged and prepared for delivery within 1-3 business days of being placed. Exceptions may occur during holiday seasons. You will receive email notifications as your order is prepared and shipped.
What is your refund & return policy?
Orders may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. The packing slip in your order contains the instructions for returns, so it's completely free for you. A receipt must be supplied when shipping an order for exchange or refund.
Do products come with a guarantee?
We do offer a customer satisfaction guarantee as well as a product guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within the first 30 days for a full refund - no questions asked. If the product is broken or damaged, we will replace it for free.
How do I track my order?
Your email receipt includes a tracking link from our shipping provider. You can also track the order in " Track my order" section in the footer. If you are unable to locate your receipt, please contact our support team for assistance.
